Please be aware that Urban Samurai Hobbies ships only once a week. This is currently be done on Tuesdays so if an order is not paid for by Monday morning, it can not be shipped the Tuesday directly following, it will be done on the Tuesday of the following week. Shipping is done this way simply because we are located in Canada and for us to provide the least expensive shipping to our customers, we have to bring all of our packages over the border ourselves and ship from a US Postal Outlet. As this requires packing the car, driving over the border and to an actual postal outlet, it does require a full day. If you do require your package faster then it can be shipped direct from Canada but like any international shipping option, it can be very costly. If you are concerned about our shipping dates and times, please contact us before placing an order. Thanks for your co-operation.

Domestic Shipping

All packages shipped within the US are done using USPS Priority. All items will be shipped in a box and we will not ship anything out in an envelope. This is for your own protection as much as our own. Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $7.95. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canadian Shipping

All packages shipped within Canada are done using Canada Post Expedited service. All items will be shipped in a box as we will not ship anything out in an Envelope. This is for your own protection as much as our own. Shipping is Canada is a flat rate of $13.95.

International Shipping

There are two options that will show up for all International Shipping. One method will be Frist Class Shiping which will be the less expensive option. Please understand that by chosing this option there is no tracking and no insurance. Once the package has left the US there is no way of finding out where a lost package may be. 

The second option will be for Priority shipping and what USH will always recomend for International buyers. This method of shipping comes with tracking and a small amount of insurance just in case a package does become miss-placed. 

Extra insurance can be purchased at any time if you are wanting to make sure your purchases are covered. Insurance with Priority will cover up to $50 but anything over that is the responsibility of the purchaser to acquire. If you wish extra insurance on your package please mention this in the notes section of your order or send an email direct to  us at sales@urbansamuraihobbies.com. 

Oversized Items

Occasionally items are released that are very large. In this instance the flat rate fee will not apply and the item will have a special rate of shipping depending on the size and weight of this item. The item page will state the rate of shipping and orders will be adjusted accordingly. Items can be added to the same order as an oversize item but will not be shipped with the oversize item. The flat rate of shipping will be applied to all the regular items of that order.

Tracking

All parcels, US, Canadian, or International will have tracking provided at the time of shipment. All tracking will be sent to the email address you provided for us at the time you created your account. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account and checking the order in question. The information within your order will have tracking as well as shipping dates. Tracking on First Class International is ONLY GOOD WITHIN THE USA. As soon as it leaves the counrty there is no longer any tracking information available.
